The art work is printed on high quality canvas suitable for framing by mounting over stretchers or matted and placed in a glass frame. All prints have a 2" border on all four sides to facilitate your framing preference: stretching or matted framing. Giclee art work is very stable, offering fade and color shift resistance of up to 200 years.  Treat them with the same care as any other quality reproduction.  Stable humidity and light conditions are major factors that determine print life.  Do not expose the print to continuous sunlight or an intense, continuous level of artificial light.

A protective coating covers each painting, but please note the dye-based inks are NOT waterproof and should NOT be cleaned with water or any other harsh chemical. Quality, conservation framing by a professional framer is recommended.  Helpful hints for framing  yourself will be included with each order.
